The Collective Paper Factory Hotel - New York

Reasonably priced place, had a superb stay on vacation. Booked superior room with 2 double beds. The personnel was nice and understanding as expected. The location seemed marvellous and lovely on the subway to downtown Manhattan. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the in-house restaurant for a breakfast buffet that morning.

We liked being here. The room was reasonably spacious, had a comfortable interior. The staff was courteous and always on disposal.

Quaint hotel, fairly clean, extremely polite staff, location in 5 minutes at central park was FAB. We took a superior room and it had soundproofing and bedside cubbies.

The food was reasonably priced and fine.

The bed was very hard, that's my bad luck.

We spent a week here and loved the loft-style room and huge shower. The rooftop terrace and chill lounge area were perfect for relaxation after a busy day. The only downside was the noise from the street at night, but it didn't ruin our stay 😄

I enjoyed the unique decor filled with vintage treasures. The room was spacious and had high ceilings, giving it a cozy vibe. Fast WiFi helped me stay connected easily. The service was disappointing at times. Upon check-in, I experienced long wait times and uninformed staff. The bathroom didn't receive cleaning one day without any notice, frustrating. The air conditioning wasn't very effective in the room. Despite its charm, I had hoped for a more seamless experience.

This place has such a funky vibe, blending industrial charm with comfort! The concrete floors were a dream for my allergies, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Plus, with the metro just a hop away, it was super easy to explore the city!

easy access to parks and subway makes exploring simple and fun

I found the hotel to be conveniently situated just a few steps from the subway station, making my trips into downtown Manhattan easy, and I loved strolling over to the nearby Socrates Sculpture Park to enjoy some art in the open air.

Loved the trendy decor and spacious room with high ceilings! Plus, the location was fab-it's a quick skip to great eateries. Perfect if you're looking for a charming and hip place to stay.

The soundproofing? More like sound-screaming-good luck sleeping with all the background noise!

Had a blast with friends hanging out in the spacious lounge and challenging each other in the game room! The funky design and open spaces provide a fun atmosphere. Keep in mind, though, the place is undergoing some upgrades, which didn't bother us at all!
